1. Operating Hours

Our services are redeemable during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM
We are closed on major public holidays. Please contact us for any inquiries.

2. Eligibility

Our first trial services are valid for Malaysian customers aged 21 years old and above, unless otherwise stated.

3. Exclusive Offers

Our services cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

4. Redemption Limit

Each customer is allowed to redeem only one voucher per person per IC (Identity Card).

5. Appointment

Prior appointments are required and subject to availability.
Failure to show up or rescheduling more than once may result in the forfeiture of your voucher.

6. Expiry Date

Vouchers are valid for 2 months from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified.
Flash sale promotion vouchers are valid for 1 month from the purchase date.

7. Non-Refundable

All vouchers sold are strictly non-refundable.
